Qualifications

• CNA certification by state required.
• At least one year of LTC experience preferred.
• Current state CNA license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with moving residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.
