Job summary
Big Meadows is seeking Certified Nurse Aides to join our nursing team and provide compassionate care to residents.
We offer NEW shifts, sign-on bonuses for full-time ($5000) and part-time ($2500), shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and benefits including free dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, generous PTO and sick pay; tuition reimbursement and in-house training to grow with us.
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a nursing team.
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care under supervision in the nursing dept.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure safety.
- Document care in resident records and coordinate with team.
