Job summary

Big Meadows is seeking Certified Nurse Aides to join our nursing team and provide compassionate care to residents.

We offer NEW shifts, sign-on bonuses for full-time ($5000) and part-time ($2500), shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and benefits including free dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, generous PTO and sick pay; tuition reimbursement and in-house training to grow with us.

Qualifications

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a nursing team.
Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care under supervision in the nursing dept.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure safety.
Document care in resident records and coordinate with team.
