Grand Meadows Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time shifts. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, activities, and provide basic nursing care under supervision.

Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist residents with daily needs including personal care.
- Prepare residents for activities and social programs.
- Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
