• Completion of CNA Competency Program with active California certification.
• One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as part of daily living activities.
• Accurately document resident status, intake, output, and care on shift.
• Report significant changes in resident condition to the charge nurse immediately.
• Assist in transporting residents as needed to activities, meals and therapy.
• Participate in mandatory in-services and any additional training offered.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality resident care.
