Faith Haven Senior Careteam in Jackson, MI is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care and companionship to residents. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and monitor health changes in collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Completed approved CNA training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well-being.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans; assist with ADLs including bathing, skin care, and routine daily tasks.
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, ROM and ambulation.
• Observe and report significant changes to nursing team as appropriate.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
