Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice per state regulations and resident plan of care.
• Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with needs.
