Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support residents in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the Director of Nursing, you will assist with basic nursing tasks and contribute to individualized care plans.

The role requires compassion, reliable patient care, and basic assessment skills. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred to help meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized Nursing Care Plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide customer care activities and non-professional services to meet residents' personal needs and comfort.
