Job summary

Liberty Health Louisburg Health & Rehab Center in Louisburg, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities under nursing supervision. The role includes vital sign checks, oral hygiene, charting I&O, and assisting with treatments as needed.

Training and documentation are part of the routine, with a focus on compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in DFS registry.
• Able to assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal care and ADLs.
• Willing to participate in in-service training and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing and ADLs.
• Support oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete care records including intake and output.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
