Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to care for residents in a designated area of the facility. The CNA follows the interdisciplinary Care Plan, documents observations, and participates in restorative care to keep residents well-groomed and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, plan and supervise care of a group of residents, ensuring quality at all times.
• Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Good emotional, mental and physical health with sound judgment and high standards.
• Willing and capable of providing emergency care as needed for residents.
• Must be willing to work preferred shifts as scheduled to ensure adequate staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as outlined in the interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Keep residents well-groomed, clean and comfortable; support psychosocial needs.
• Maintain a clean, home-like environment in assigned care areas.
• Communicate care needs to Licensed Staff and other department heads; document observations daily.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings as required.
