LakeHouse Senior Living in Kendallville, IN is seeking a dedicated aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. The role requires 18+ age, a high school diploma, and prior experience with seniors; CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as instructed.
