Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with current CA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff with daily living activities.
• Document resident information accurately and timely on each shift.
• Report changes in resident condition and any incidents to the charge nurse.
• Transport residents to activities, meals, and therapy as needed.
• Participate in mandatory in-services and maintain certification renewals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
