Job summary

Salinas Valley Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day, evening, and night shifts in Salinas. Earn a starting pay of $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule is 4 days on / 2 days off, offering predictable hours and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials. We provide comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), retirement options, PTO and holiday pay, and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• Background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following infection control protocols.
