Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate nursing care under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager. You will implement care plans and support residents’ daily needs in a warm, patient-centered environment.

The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, benefits including health, dental, life and a FLEX/HSA, and a 403-b option. Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Support NMH Care Center's mission and nursing philosophy.
