Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital, located in Havre, MT, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide nursing care to residents under supervision in accordance with individualized care plans.

The CNA role offers a $2,500 discretionary sign-on bonus and a benefits package including health, dental, life, and FLEX/HSA, plus a 403-b option. Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience; 403-b retirement plan available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certification required by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to residents per their care plan under supervision.
• Supports the nursing mission and philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and patient-centered environment.
