Aviara Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Encinitas, CA. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available for full-time positions.

We focus on enriching residents' lives by investing in you and your success. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, record vital signs, and support care teams, while upholding confidentiality and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Must be actively state certified as a CNA.
• Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
• Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
• Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
• Prior CNA experience is a plus

• Assist physicians and nurses in medical procedures.
• Record patient health information (blood pressure, temperature etc.) and vital signs.

• Prepare equipment and instruments for inspection and sterilization.
• Provide first aid services including wound care.

Environmental conditions:
