Job summary

Arvin Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time placement across all shifts in our Arvin, CA facility. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, taking vital signs, and supporting care plans as determined by the nursing team.

Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are offered. Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC with a 4-on/2-off schedule, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certificate.
• Current/active CPR/BLS card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Take vital signs and help with care plans as directed by nurses.
• Ensure resident needs are met quickly and appropriately.
• Interact and support other staff within the facility.

Arvin Post Acute is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

Salary range $18-$20 an hour BOE

• Full-Time - 4 days on and 2 days off 8 hrs AM Shift(7:00 AM-2:00 PM) PM Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM) NOC Shift (10 PM-6:00 AM)

CNA Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
• Document care provided
• Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
• Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
• Interact and support other staff within the facility

Required Qualifications:

• CNA certificate
• Current/active CPR/BLS card
