Job summary

EverVella of Swansea in Swansea, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, dignity-driven care in a welcoming long-term care community.

You will assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, eating and mobility, monitor vitals, and support well-being through social activities, with supervision by clinical staff.

Flexible shifts include day, evening and night, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
• 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.
• Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff.
• Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare.

• Flexible Schedules: Full-time and Part-time roles available.

• Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (5x8 weekly schedule).

• Hours: 16-40 hours per week.

• Setting: A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.

What We're Looking For
