Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Swansea, IL.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident support with bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Careful monitoring of vitals and behavior; report to medical staff as needed.
• Promote resident well-being through exercise and social activities.
