Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to call bells, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

We offer tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision/Life, 401(k), PTO, and a consistent schedule with no weekends required; exact days discussed at interview. Training is provided on-the-job to suit your experience and comfort level.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified.
