Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for part-time day shifts (6 AM–6 PM). This role offers flexible scheduling with 1–2 shifts weekly and opportunities to make a real impact in a supportive environment.

You’ll provide resident care, respond to call lights, assist with daily activities, monitor nutrition and safety, and collaborate with the nursing team. Tuition reimbursement helps you grow your nursing career while you work.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist with daily living activities (bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.

What You'll Do:

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs

• Turn and reposition residents while in bed

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising

• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed

• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary

• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

• Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified

Training & Support:

On-the-job training is provided, tailored to your individual experience and comfort level.
