Job summary

Care & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time day shift in Barron, WI. You will help patients with daily living activities and support the nursing staff to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA certification. Prior CNA experience is welcomed but not required. Strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina are essential to provide quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team full-time for the day shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Support nursing staff with various clinical tasks as needed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

Full-time, day shift hours with shift differential included. This position rotates weekends and holiday shifts.
