Job summary

Marin Post Acute in San Rafael, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
