Marin Post Acute in San Rafael, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions with pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour and all shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
