Job summary

Allure of Mt Carroll is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents through a variety of care services in a compassionate, discreet environment.

This full-time role supports 6 AM–6 PM, 6 PM–6 AM, and 2 PM–10 PM shifts with a $4000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
• Hold a CPR certification.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Must have a current IL license.

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents
