Job summary

Allure of Mt Carroll is seeking dedicated CNAs for full-time shifts (6 AM–6 PM, 6 PM–6 AM, and 2 PM–10 PM) to support residents and families in a compassionate, team-based environment. You will provide high-quality care, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure resident comfort and safety.

Requirements include a current CNA license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and IL licensure. Prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
• Hold a CPR certification.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Must have a current IL license.
