Job summary
Forest Ridge, a community of Navion Senior Living, located in West Jefferson, NC, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily resident care and physical support in the residents' home. The role requires compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living.
The position offers full-time shifts, including holidays and weekends, with opportunities to join Tapcheck for on-demand wage access.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
- Basic computer skills referenced in the requirements.
- Current CPR Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
- Maintains confidentiality of residents' information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with daily living activities to ensure residents receive proper care and nourishment.
- Help patients with personal hygiene and daily care tasks.
- Deliver adjunct patient care such as dressings and ice packs as needed.
- Monitor and record food intake and urinary/fecal output for medical staff.
