Job summary

The Fountains in Calhoun, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident care and support in our residents' home. This full-time role involves compassionate care, assistance with activities of daily living, and responsive support for residents' physical and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• State CNA certification required.
• CPR certification (AHA) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assist with activities of daily living including turning, ambulating, feeding.
• Assist with personal hygiene and baths.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed.
• Monitor and record food intake and outputs for nursing staff.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers and nurses.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety policies.
