Orchard Post Acute, located in Fresno, CA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shift (NOC). You will provide direct daily care based on individualized care plans and assist residents with ADLs, ensuring safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Valid California CNA license is required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and physical.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Caring and dependable attitude.
• Full-time on a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule.
• Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
• Report any incidents or accidents during your shift
• Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
• Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule
