Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on charts and flow sheets accurately and descriptively.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report suspected disclosures promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meal arrangements.
• Support a warm, safe, and respectful environment on the unit.
