Job summary

Emerald Care Center Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Tulsa, OK. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care provided in electronic health records.

The ideal candidate holds an active Oklahoma CNA certification, can lift and mobilize residents, and communicates effectively with residents, families, and the nursing staff to support safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
