Job summary

Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Sparta, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time day and night shifts on 12-hour schedules. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
• Take and document resident vital signs.
• Safely lift, transfer, reposition and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses with resident care and other duties as directed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors and coworkers.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence and well-being.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
