Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time day and night shifts in Sparta, NC. CNAs work 12-hour shifts to provide resident-centered care and support to a caring nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
• Take and document resident vital signs.
• Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses with resident care and other duties.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
