Job summary

Fairlawn Haven - Archbold, OH is hiring a CNA to provide resident care across the Care Center, with 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) and rotation of holidays and weekends. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and self-motivation in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are State Tested Nursing Assistants or Test Ready, with confidentiality and Resident's Rights awareness. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident's Rights;
• First aid and CPR certification, preferred;
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;
• Must have excellent attendance and work history;
