Fairlawn Haven in Archbold, OH, is seeking a CNAs for 1st shift (6AM - 2:30PM), full-time, 8-hour shifts, with holiday and weekend rotation. The CNA will focus on providing care to residents across the Care Center, including Rehab, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
• First aid and CPR certification, preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Must have excellent attendance and work history

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care across the Care Center, including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality resident care and safety
