Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, personal care, and accompany residents on community outings.

The role requires a MA CNA license, compassion, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work various shifts. We offer tuition assistance and a comprehensive benefits package in a friendly, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA license is required.
• Candidates should be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• A valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle are required.
• Students in Human Services, Psychology, or Sociology may apply. Tuition assistance offered.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Maintain a structured daily routine for residents.
• Provide personal care and help with medical appointments.
• Distribute medications as directed and monitor wellbeing.
• Engage residents in community outings and activities.

Requirements – What do you need to have?

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license;Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
