Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings across the Southcoast region, including Fall River. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, transportation, and medication distribution, while promoting independence and choice.

We offer paid on-the-job training, tuition assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

What do I need to join the team?

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

What Does the Job Entail?

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes

• Individual community outings

• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
