Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking caring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings across multiple sites. The role includes daily living assistance, meal preparation, activities, and helping maintain structured routines, with training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts CNA license or current CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to make a positive difference in residents' lives.
• TB screening and driving record required; TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide direct care including daily living activities, meals, and structured routines.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support medical appointments and medication distribution.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment.

Requirements

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts CNA License
