Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Mansfield and surrounding areas. This role offers part-time, full-time, relief and per diem shifts with on-site training and growth opportunities.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, daily living assistance, meal prep, and community-outings support, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes Individual community outings.
