Riddle Village Retirement Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive starting rates of $21.64–$22.61 per hour. 12-hour shifts and a schedule of one weekend every four weeks provide flexibility for work/life balance.

Full-time and PRN positions are available for day or night shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). Benefits include health coverage starting the month after start date, retirement plan

About The CNA Position

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
