Riddle Village is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team in Alabama. This lifecare retirement community offers compassionate care and a welcoming, team-focused environment.

We’re offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive starting rates of $21.64–$22.61 per hour. Full-time and PRN positions include 12-hour shifts, weekend rotation, shift-differentials, and many attractive benefits.

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in PA.
• Experience providing direct resident care is preferred.

12-hour shifts for flexibility and work/life balance

Current Shift Available: Full Time & PRN positions, both 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

About the CNA Position:

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
