Job summary

Concord Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on-call to support our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and work under licensed nurses to ensure high-quality care.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on an on-call basis. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care by assisting with activities of daily living and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care. You will work under the direction of licensed nurses and in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan.
