Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Chandler, AZ to support patient care in residence under RN supervision. The role includes admissions, transfers, and discharges with attention to individual care plans and daily updates.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, tuition assistance, and a collaborative team focused on quality care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.
