Job summary

Generations Healthcare's Lompoc Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time or part-time roles across all shifts. Wages range from $18 to $24 per hour depending on DOE, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current CA Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant with active certification and passing scores on written and skills tests.
• No prior experience as a CNA in a hospital or nursing care facility required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, baths, taking vitals, meals, bed changes.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure resident safety.
• Assist with lifting or transporting residents in beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident conditions.
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/Supervisor.
