Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents using lifting equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts).
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (PCC experience a plus).
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
