Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a friendly, supportive team. CNAs will be on the front line of the Clinical Department, delivering high-quality daily care, observing resident condition, maintaining safety, and supporting education.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa CNA certificate in good standing or completion from an Iowa CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to residents with care and empathy.
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate with nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Assist with comfort, education and daily routines as directed by the clinical team.
