Job summary

Goodwin Living is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide one-to-one care to residents across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Health Care Center. You will work within a supportive team to deliver quality care and enhance resident well-being.

Day shifts and night shifts are available with differential pay; PRN options exist. A Virginia CNA license and CPR certification are required, plus at least one year of CNA experience and smartphone ownership.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR license.
• At least one year of CNA experience.
• Must be able to work at any of our three campuses, including the community (Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington).
• Must own a smart phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-to-one care to residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Health Care Center.
• Support residents with daily activities and quality-of-life needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and comfort of residents.

Alexandria, VA and Falls Church, VA

Schedule

Scheduled hours will be between 7am and 7pm for the day shift and between 7pm and 7am for the night shift. Shift differentials are included on the night shift! PRN status means 4 shifts per month, one of which will be on a weekend.

Pay
