Join our team and provide personalized one-to-one care to residents across Assisted Living, Memory Care, Health Care Center, Home Health and Hospice. As a compassionate CNA, you will positively impact residents and their families each day.

Our supportive team offers flexible scheduling, day-time hours, one-to-one care, and opportunities to grow through training and mentorship across three campuses (Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington).

Formación

• Virginia CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Willing to cross-train in Home Health and Hospice.
• Must own a smartphone.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one care to residents across multiple care settings (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Health Care Center, Home Health, Hospice).
• Contribute to a compassionate, safe, and engaging living environment for residents.
• Collaborate with care teams and families to support residents’ needs.

Location:

Alexandria, VA and Falls Church, VA

Schedule:

Scheduled hours will be between 7am and 7pm for the day shift and every other weekend. PRN status means 4 shifts per month, one of which will be on a weekend. 8 shifts per month, one of which will need to be on a weekend.

Pay:

For the Float CNA position, $24 per hour!

Job Requirements

• Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing
• Current CPR license
• At least one year of CNA experience
• Must be able to work at any of our three campuses, including the community (Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington)
• Must be willing to cross-train in Home Health and Hospice Departments
• Must own a smart phone
