Job summary

Goodwin Living is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide one-to-one care for residents across our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Health Care Center campuses. You will work day shifts with PRN options depending on staffing, delivering compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, following care plans, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and comfort across our campuses in Alexandria and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR license.
• At least one year of CNA experience.
• Must be able to work at any of our three campuses, including Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington.
• Must be willing to cross-train in Home Health and Hospice Departments.
• Must own a smart phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-to-one care to residents across multiple care settings.
• Deliver care in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Health Care Center, Home Health, and Hospice departments.
• Collaborate with care team to maintain high-quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in resident condition.

Location:

Alexandria, VA and Falls Church, VA

Schedule:

Scheduled hours will be between 7am and 7pm for the day shift and every other weekend. PRN status means 4 shifts per month, one of which will be on a weekend. 8 shifts per month, one of which will need to be on a weekend.

Pay:

For the Float CNA position, $24 per hour!
