Job summary

Focused Care at Westwood – Houston, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join the FPACP team. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include following the charge nurse's schedule, lifting and transferring residents as needed, responding to call lights, and assisting with feeding while maintaining clean and comfortable living spaces. We offer comprehensive benefits and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas.
• Ability to understand, remember and follow verbal and written English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Follow nurse assignment schedules and provide safe resident care.
• Lift, transfer and assist with mobility as required; respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide feeding assistance and maintain resident cleanliness and hygiene.
